FYI: YMCA stands for Young Men’s Christian Association. This organization was founded in 1844 with an aim to put Christian values into practice by developing a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Eventually someone decided to start a YWCA for women. Like everything else, they have deteriorated. Apparently they chucked the Christian part. The president and CEO of the YMCA is a female, and now they call it the Y. Because you need to find your ‘why.’ The YWCA is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. So, yeah. Deterioration.
